How are we into July already?! 2021 is flying by and our pop up shops are as busy as ever...
So, just in case you didn't get chance to visit one of our pop ups in person, here are some highlights of what's been going on... We hope this provides inspiration for even more small businesses to take the plunge and go for a new opportunity!
Carlisle - The Lanes Pop Up
Bricks in Bloom (7th - 13th June)
We were so thrilled to welcome Leigha back to our pop up shop in Carlisle. Bricks in Bloom had originally popped up with us last November... but sadly their pop up was cut short due to the lockdown announcement (thanks Boris!). Leigha was back this month and better than ever! Her shop offered a range of Lego items and some unique Father's Day gifts too.
If you missed out on the opportunity to visit, don't worry! Bricks in Bloom will be back on the 17th July!
Fairy Sawdust (14th - 20th June)
Next up after Bricks in Bloom we welcomed Fairy Sawdust. Peter & Nicola popped up with Border Candles back in April and loved the shop so much they came back for second time!
Fairy Sawdust make a beautiful range of home and garden accessories all out of re-claimed wood. How cool is that?
Nicola said "Fairy Sawdust have loved both times we've been in the shop... many customers commented it was lovely to see something different."
We love hearing all kinds of feedback from both businesses and customers, and it really does seem like Fairy Sawdust was well received by the shoppers of Carlisle!
Little Fawn Natural Toys (21st - 27th June)
Our last pop up in Carlisle this June was hosted by Little Fawn Natural Toys, a family run business who focus on offering beautiful natural toys...
We were very lucky to have a super adorable assistant on Monday who provided many customers with great information on the products! We hope to see this lovely little face back again very soon... he was a natural!
Chester - Chester Pop Up
Double Vision (14th - 20th June)
Our pop up shop in Chester welcomed Double Vision for one week this month. Double Vision (@dv_double_vision) offer 'hats for non-conformists' and we were so thrilled to welcome them.
We are so excited for the remainder of this year, the Chester Pop Up is super busy and we can't wait to see each business open up here!
Altrincham - SQ Pop Up
In our last round up, we shared the exciting news that our Altrincham pop up was now LIVE and opening soon.
Our calendar booked up so quickly, and we have been blown away by the response from both businesses interested in hosting a pop up, and of course all the lovely customers who have supported the initiative.
Kokoa Beauty (17th May - 13th June)
In May, we welcomed Kokoa Beauty to our pop up shop for one whole month!
Kokoa Beauty provided something really unique with their 100% vegan beauty shop. Akosua, the founder of Kokoa Beauty teamed up with 20 British vegan beauty brands to provide an unforgettable beauty experience...
From skincare and soaps to wipes and candles... this high street pop up provided something for everyone and it was a real hit with the shoppers of Altrincham.
Cheshire Paints (14th June - 4th July)
Conor followed Kokoa Beauty and completely transformed our space once again. Cheshire Paints opened their doors on the 14th June and you'll be glad to hear that you still have time to visit!
Cheshire Paints have turned our pop up shop into the coolest gallery in town. The best part of it is you can purchase any piece of art you see and every piece is an original by Conor.
Get down to Altrincham if you're near and support this incredible artist!
