CASE STUDIES

Pop up shops are a great way to test your products on the high street. For some of our pop up hosts, the test has been a real success... so much so they've taken a space on the high street permanently!

The snippets below are examples of what our pop up shops have brought to locations in the past.

CHESTER

Launched October 2020

Permanently Let March 2022

Second Location Launched May 2022

Permanently Let (again!) September 2022

Our Chester Pop Up launched in 2020 and after welcoming over 20 different business to the the space, one of the hosts decided after a couple of pop up shops to take the store on permanently. In March 2022, Styled Boutique completed a long term lease on the unit.

Due to the demand for the space, The Pop Up Shop was relocated to Unit 6 at the start of Summer 2022, by the end of the summer season the space was let permanently to another host, Love Handbags.

The team are currently working with the Landlord to relaunch the pop up shop for a third time due to the ongoing requests.

Launched November 2021

Our Stockport location was hugely popular from launch and throughout 2022 the space was fully let with a long waiting list at certain points of the year.

We are pleased to see that the pop up shop has inspired local businesses to take a chance on the high street, and in Spring 2023, two of our hosts, Harmonize Your Soul and Love Bling Accessories opened units permanently in the shopping centre.

CARLISLE

Launched June 2020

Carlisle was our very first pop up shop location the team launched. Although COVID-19 caused some delays, in the summer of 2020 the space was finally launched for small businesses to book. Almost 3 years on, the space has welcomed over 30 different small businesses as hosts.

The pop up shop has had a huge impact on how local businesses view the high street of Carlisle, and several hosts have now gone on to take a permanent location elsewhere in the city centre. We are so proud to see these businesses grow and we wish each one of them success.
